How this is calculated
The Ghost Tax is derived from three data sources: FMCSA SMS BASIC percentiles (inspection selection thresholds), DAT contract-spot rate differentials by lane, and insurance premium uplift modeled from ATRI fleet-tier rate data and Amazon Relay pay-per-mile ranges.
